      Pros

      EVERY employee from our Shop Manager on down to Logistics/Stock are Wonderful. But took this part time job as a filler till something better came along, withal I have been enjoying my employment here and so much that I programme to stay here as long as needed.

      Cons

      Slightly, and I use that term loosly, we are over-pressurized by direction to up-sell their Extended Replacement Plans to customers. Some of their Plans are definately worth it, but many that nosotros are "Required" to offer are not a value to the customer. Hired every bit a Cashier, I was not expecting to exist Required to also larn to "Sell" similar a natural Salesman can. My biggest Beef is with Selling customers their Within Track Club Memberships .... but my beef is non the membership itself, which is VERY valuable to customers, it is the followup visits by Gild Members. It tin take a few months for their actual Membership to register in our computers accurately creating much confusion on our end. Then to acme that confusion off ... For all ITC members, nosotros are required to manually look up each production code in a printed folder to scan the ITC product discount lawmaking. Every particular large or small must be manually searched creating firsthand backup at registers as their auction takes much longer that nigh boilerplate sales. This so creates a longer line of pissed off customers considering they are now waiting longer for service.

      I say they are the best retailer out in that location considering part time gets recognition too like they also become paid fourth dimension off and have a program for health benifits with an limited enrollment program I can tell this company really does care about their employees. The pay is also keen and the workers and management for the most part is really great. They will work with you lot and your schedule it is similar a tight knit family in that location I only left because my other job needed me. I tin can too tell they intendance a lot considering I see them comment on reviews on here and other sites too I have never seen whatever company like that and thats what drew me to their company because I recollect a company that cares for you and not just the dollar bill will ultimately motivate you lot along with skilful direction which is what this company has I wish at that place were more companies out there to follow their lead.

      I am not sure if information technology was just me but I feel they are weird most bath breaks for example I asked to go and she said bustle up and later a bit subsequently that and I asked to go another fourth dimension and was told the same thing by some other manager maybe it was just me but if I have to become I have to go I was on a ix hr shift I just felt that manager was negitive I become the other manager telling me a chip later on because it was just me and her merely she didn't have to say it like that or rush me like that. i was nice eneough to extend my last twenty-four hours because they needed me on that day. The other thing I didn't care for is how many captures we have to get and expectations that are on us for example the membership, rewards, email, and soon credit menu and we become blamed if they dont want information technology. Many customers are older and dont accept an email to give, but that is about all retail. I also didn't like that it takes an hr to wait for registers to exist counted I know we get paid for it and its not their fault but at that place is hardly annihilation to do in that fourth dimension. Im not certain if this is cons for others but this is personally what I didn't like other than that I would suggest this job to anybody because the pay, benifits, and coworkers are kind and helpful although I have had some become irritated and retrieve you should know itc items in a week only other than that every one tries to assistance and is very patient and teaches yous what y'all need to know.

Sop says Pre sale have a red slapper but Dillon just puts a colored piece of paper on it Some Customers take weeks and sometimes months to come up choice upward their presales which crowds a already cluttered stockroom

      Overall the environment is great because of the coworkers. They are pleasant and welcoming. Management is understanding for the most function.

      The coupons brings out the worst in people. The inside track club condoms should be automatic for ITC members. The management expects for you to get inside track club memberships. Sometimes information technology is extremely hard to fifty-fifty get customers to listen to yous. It can become rather frustrating with all the pressure from management and opposition of the customers.
