Beware of their service hope. Terrible service from servicing team!

The sales team who provided pricing to sign upwards is quite squeamish however once they transfer yous to the scheduling department, everything changes. The Monitoring Eye might seem like a great bargain until you realize the additional costs they add. When yous compare them to other security companies, they are sub-par. The scheduling department was not accommodating and extremely rude. We are going elsewhere. I do non recommend this visitor.

Great Company

Amazing arrangement! I am so grateful and thankful for their expertise and professionalism. Every section that I have dealt with has been helpful and taken the time to heed to my questions and needs.
I recently had extra window contacts added and Richard was an outstanding and professional person technician who took nifty care of the many pocket-size details that information technology took to install the contacts that go along me safe.
At the cease of the day I get to sleep knowing I am protected.
For that I am very grateful!
And that's what this visitor is all most!

Awful customer service

I am an existing customer and it is very frustrating to get through their one-866 number or with their chat reps online (see pis attached). twenty minutes hence I notwithstanding had no ane online to assist with a simple inquiry.

they are good though at the monitoring role but all the best if you ever have to achieve them!

Poor customer service

Used this company for over v years with no bug until now. Their technician installed my devices to the door. Later on awhile they stopped working and I'one thousand told I have to wait ii weeks to get service for their mistake. Rick who is supposed to exist a director continued to put the blame on united states of america, even though we did not install the devices to the door. Not willing to endeavour and become someone in here faster to solve the issue they caused. Very disappointed and will exist cancelling this service.

I changed from a small local monitoring eye to The Monitoring Centre. I was a chip nervous going to a large visitor from our local guy which we knew. I tin can't say enough nigh their service. In the first few months they added a wet meter in our basement. We were abroad and got the call.. nosotros had moisture. Rained over 2 inches and sump pump couldn't proceed up. We had someone come in and resolve our result but if we hadn't changed nosotros would accept had thousands in damage. When they call. Always polite and efficient. Must mention the installer was very pleasant every bit well. All-time choice we could have made and they are EXCELLENT!

PROPER INSTLLATION WITH DETAILED INFORMATION

We were shopping around to get new security system for our house and nosotros were confused who to select equally nosotros had bad feel earlier but after reading their reviews and website we decided to become with them they actually performed professional installation with complete detailed information which we never had it before it actually good to have business with those who are qualified and at least keep good behavior technician we really similar TMC services and on-time response thank you so much.

buyer beware

just got a phone call from the monitoring center to tell me the battery in the panel was low. i was and then transferred to someone who said their proper name was mariam. i found her to be extremely unhelpful, rude and unpleasant. i presumed they would ready an appointment to modify the battery but no, this was not to be. she told me i tin google where to get a new battery. when i asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor and there was no one there higher up at the time that i could speak with. full service 24 / 7 ? how do they figure that? + attitude to kick ! in the past i take had two movement sensors from them fail ( according to the installer ) unusually soon. heir-apparent beware ! my opinion.
